Started to work at FIDUCIA, the supercomputer center for 470 banks in southern Germany, near the Black Forest.
I must say I am impressed that they are able to supply banking services to several million customers in real time.
It is summer, hot, and my office is in their new building – air-conditioned, with large high rooms, all in grey, granite and very, very quiet.
It is so clean that you can sit on the floor to do reading and planning stuff.
